Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All deliveries come with a clear contract and will be signed upon deliver as proof your items have arrived in good condition and matches our original sale. This is proof that you have received your items in good condition and the transaction is complete.
Outlet sales
These are not considered online sales as the customer has seen and inspected the item before purchasing it and except the item in the same condition as seen on the showroom floor.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, we will immediately file a claim with the shipper to determine the problem. The customer must inspect the items upon receipt and make notes on the Bill of lading, (Marie Albert Contract) and delivery order form. Customer must also send pictures by email to back up these claims when goods arrive. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item for equal value. No refunds only exchanges are accepted upon approval.
